Boney Kapoor is an Indian film producer. He is one of the biggest producers of Bollywood and has been a part of blockbuster movies like Mr. India, No Entry, Judaai, and Wanted. He is the elder brother of famous Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor. He has also received many awards.

Family, Early Life and Education
Boney was born in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Happened in. His father’s name is Surinder Kapoor, who was a Bollywood film producer. Boney’s brothers Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor are actor-producers.
Boney was married to Mona Shourie Kapoor with whom he has two children – Arjun Kapoor and Anshula. Boney married Indian actress Sridevi on 2 June 1996. They both have two girls – Jhanvi and Khushi.
Career
Boney started his career working under the legend Shakti Samanta. His most successful film as a producer was Mr India directed by Shekhar Kapur. Hero Anil Kapoor and Heroine Sridevi were in this film.
His other productions, such as Hum Paanch, were instrumental in establishing Mithun Chakraborty and Amrish Puri in Bollywood. Boney Kapoor launched many big stars in the Hindi film industry.
His production film Woh Saat Din has launched Anil Kapoor, film Prem ne Sanjay Kapoor and Tabu, film Koi Mere Dil Se Pooche ne Isha Deol.
Boney Kapoor also took over Anil Kapoor’s career till 1999 and in 2000 he produced the film Pukar which starred Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Namrata Shirodkar, Danny Dangjongpa and Om Puri. Anil Kapoor’s performance won the National Film Award for Best Actor.
