She did her schooling at G.D. Goenka Public School, Delhi, and Arya Vidya Mandir, Mumbai. Khushhali graduated in fashion designing from NIFT, Delhi, and later went on to create designs by pop artist Shakira, 2-time Grammy Award-winning singer Leanne Rimes, Jenna Dewan Tatum, Spice Girl Melanie C, and Carmen Electra. He also designed the music video for Justin Bieber, Wait for a Minute.
Kumar started her acting career in Madhavan starrer Dahi Cheeni where she played the role of a lawyer.
