Family, Early Life and Education
Shilpa Shetty was born on 8 June 1975 in Mangalore, Karnataka. She is the eldest daughter of Sunanda (mother) and Surendra Shetty (father) who work in the pharmaceutical industry. She has a younger sister- Shamita Shetty who is an actress.
Shilpa completed her schooling from Anthony Girls High School in Chembur, Mumbai and then went to Poddar College. Shilpa was not only the best in studies but also in dance and sports. And Shilpa is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer. She has also been the captain of the volleyball team during her school days.
Shilpa Shetty is married to businessman Raj Kundra. They also have a son Viaan Kundra and a daughter name Samisha

Shilpa started her career as a supporting actress in the film Baazigar. Kajol and Shahrukh Khan were seen in the lead roles in this film. She was seen in the role of Kajol’s sister in the film. He did many great films in Hindi cinema, including Apne, Main Khiladi Tu Anadi, Baazigar, Dhadkan, Garv, Insaaf, Indian, Karz, Rishtey, Weapon, Chor Machaye Shor Shaadi Kar Phap Gaya Yaar, Life in a Metro, Dostana etc.
