Family, Early Life and Education
Sudhir was born on 7 June 1974 in Sondhad, Hodal, Haryana, He has worked in several news channels in Hindi, Marathi and business channel Zee Business by Zee Media Corporation Limited.
Talking about his educational qualification, he enrolled in Delhi University to pursue his graduation in Bachelor of Arts. After he completed his graduation from Delhi University, Sudhir joined the Institute of Mass Communication at New Delhi University. He obtained his Diploma in Journalism and Bachelor of Arts before starting his career in 1993. He often participated in debate competitions during his school and college days.
He is married to Neeti Choudhary and the couple has a son who lives with them.

Sudhir Chaudhary started his journalism career with Zee News in 1993 when the channel was established. This was the time when Zee News started its operations. Choudhary joined the channel as a news anchor and covered several prominent stories including the 2001 Indian Parliament attack and the Kargil War. He was also part of the team that covered the Islamabad meeting between Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Pervez Musharraf.
In 2003, Sudhir joined the Hindi news channel Sahara Samay, leaving Zee News. Sudhir Chaudhary was instrumental in the launch of Sahara Samay by Sahara Group. Sudhir worked in Sahara for some time. After that he left Sahara and joined India TV. He worked for a short period as the editor of Live India before deciding to join Zee News again in 2012. In 2012, Sudhir returned to Zee News and took over the office as editor. Since then, he hosts the popular prime time news show, Daily News and Analysis (DNA).
In 2015, Sudhir received the Ramnath Goenka Award for Excellence in Journalism in the category “Hindi Broadcasting”. He has also been honored for interviewing a friend of the Delhi gangrape victim.
